So last night, I got there just before 5pm, turned off of Harlem, and traffic was stopped, because they hadn't quite opened the parking lot yet. A helicopter flew over, which I thought was Paul, but seeing how many songs I didn't hear from the soundcheck, I think he must have been there well before that. When I finally pulled into the parking lot at about 5:10, I put my windows down and immediately heard Let 'Em In. So I heard everything from then on, although I think the song that I really couldn't make out was Ram On. I went over and stood in a corner with my phone recording, but people kept coming up talking to me! lol No, I don't need anything, I just need you to be quiet! lol When I got to my seat, it seemed pretty good...until the 7-foot-tall guy came and sat right in front of me. I'm 5 feet, and there was barely any slope between rows. There were three guys in my way, and I could only see when they all aligned perfectly. Finally, a guy two seats down pointed out there there was an empty seat in the row in front of him, so I moved down there and could see pretty well for the rest of the show. My hero! But he'd left before I could thank him again at the end of the show. Is he here? Once again, I think I enjoyed Hi, Hi, Hi more than anyone else there. LOL I LOVE that song! I think the only new song for me was I Wanna Be Your Man, but at least there was one! (And I loved it! I wanted to get some video of it, but it didn't last long before I had to stop so I could jump around!) He did sound good on Maybe I'm Amazed! Then later on, which he was telling us to sing various things after him, his voice kind of croaked on one of them and he made a face. It must really be frustrating to have your voice going after it used to be so strong. I love the way he sort of skips down from the piano at the start of The End!

I feel your pain, that happened to me at the Candlestick show. I had a great view, then right before Paul took the stage this really tall man came and stood right in front of me blocking my view! The perils of being short! Thankfully he sat down for some so I could see at certain points during the show. Glad you enjoyed yourself and found a place to go where you could see.

Just heard from my friend. They got soundcheck and lawn seats. But soundcheck is what I would really want! She said it was awesome, of course!

Hey guys, my friend and I were on stage singing with Paul tonight. I was wondering if anyone on here took any pics of us up there. Pretty surreal experience. I thought Paul sounded brilliant today, but I will always say that when I see him. Anyways, please let me know if you have any pictures, there was no filming/taking pictures allowed when we got backstage. Thanks in advance!

Hi Carsondent7! That must have been so wonderful to be on stage with him!! Keep checking YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter over the next few weeks. There should be lots of clips and photos from the concert posted.

Night 2 contained two songs that needed to be restarted...HDN because Paul missed his cue and Temporary Secretary because the electronic music sync timing was off. Paul actually said "maybe we should just cut it" referring to the song. But they did perform it. Extremely humid night, which I think helped his voice a lot. Crowd was a bit livelier than night 1. Soundcheck included On My Way to Work. To the poster above...that helicopter you saw was Paul arriving, He arrived by copter on both days.

Oh yes, I know he did. I'm just thinking that he might have already been there by that point. I started hearing the sound check at about 5:10, and he was about halfway through already, and I had only seen the helicopter maybe 15 minutes before that, so I just don't think he would have had enough time for that to have been him. I think he had to be earlier. And then later there were a ton of helicopters flying around.

Definitely enough time! He arrives, walks on stage, and they start the soundcheck. Band is already on stage waiting for him.

Haha ok, maybe it was him then! lol Oh, and I forgot to add...two thumbs up for shorts! I was so glad I was wearing them, and I never got chilly.

Night 2. Waaaay more humid! It was stuffy for sure. I was VERY happy to hear "Junior's Farm". I was in 4th row center and for the first time, enjoyed an entire Macca concert watching the stage instead of the video screens. Again, I rocked out the hardest to "1985" and "Hi, Hi, Hi". So good! His voice sounded better tonight than yesterday on "Golden Slumbers" medley. Throughout the show I heard a woman behind me asking a lot of questions about the music, and she liked "this" song and didn't like "that" song...resulting in a commentary from the man next to her. Most of the songs drowned them out, except the ballads. But I almost lost it when she kept asking "Didn't John sing this?" and "Wasn't this John's song?" during "Yesterday". That was rough. But all in all, a memorable two days for me. I will treasure these memories the rest of my life. Paul playing in my town, creating days and weeks of hype and buzz, and seeing so many friends at the concerts. Time to go through the rest of my photos. I'll share one for now.

A few more I took last night:
