Hey everyone, I still have two tickets to Sunday night's Memphis show available - I am now selling them for BELOW face value, because I really want to move these things (and my wife really, really wants me to sell these)! They were $167 each, and I'll sell them for less than that. I will even cover the cost of overnight shipping to you! Section 109, Row G. Both seats are together. This is the first elevated section off the floor, directly across from the stage. These are printed Crowdsurge tickets, not e-tickets. I bought them and now I'm not able to go to the show. I'd love to get them to a fan! Contact me if you are interested. Chris

Our macca board preparty band got a mention on the FedEx Forum site. http://www.fedexforum.com/displayEvent.aspx?id=1020 We are planning on meeting at 3:30PM at Blues City Cafe on Beale for food/drinks. Then will walk to the Forum to watch Paul arrive for sound check.
Wow, less than three days until I hit the road for this one! Wishing I was going to soundcheck! I decided, though, instead of spending my saved cash to go to one concert with soundcheck, I would have more fun going to 3 concerts without soundcheck. I'm not too familiar with the Blues City Cafe, which is odd because I've spent so many hours over the years in that area. On what part of Beale is it? (I typed Beatle first, you can see where my mind's at ). Is it down towards Hard Rock and Dyer's or is it on the BB King's end?

Let me Roll IT - Blues City Cafe is right across the street from BB Kings. Get the ribs!

Short walk to the Forum from Blues City. Everything on Beale is pretty close to the Forum.

I'm sure, being an annual visitor, my favorites vary from those who live in the area. However, when I'm there, there are so many great places to dine on Beale Street. Just a couple of the ones I go to are The Pig (for ribs and BBQ), Dyer's (for an awesome burger with some really old grease). Off of Beale, but in the Memphis area, I also enjoy Marlowe's on Elvis Presley Blvd. near Graceland (20 minutes or so from Beale St.) as well as Gus' Chicken and Corky's ribs. Now if you'll excuse me, I just got really hungry! Looking forward to trying out the Blues City Cafe.

The Commercial Appeal wrote a nice article on Paul's upcoming show here. I was interviewed by the reporter and gave a 'shout out' to the maccaboard folks and the preshow get together. Jeff Golightly was also interviewed as well. http://www.gomemphis.com/news/2013/may/23/memphians-recall-beatles-legend-mccartney-as-he/
