There are so many. Somehow, most of the radio singles never really got to the real essence of Paul's songwriting depth, and that's a shame for those people who dislike songs like "Silly Love Songs" and think that's all he really did. Some favorites are: -Put it There -English Tea -Baby's Request -Bluebird -Sing the Changes -Only Mama Knows -Mister Bellamy -Junk -Every Night -Oo You -Dance Tonight -Friends to Go -London Town -Promise to You Girl -Jenny Wren ...but there are so many more. I won't count New yet because it hasn't been out quite long enough to know if it will truly be underrated or not, but I expect it will. It's brilliant though, so I would probably put the whole album on this list!

My top 30 (singles or not): -Maybe I'm Amazed -Man We Was Lonely -Every Night -Back Seat Of My Car -Another Day -Monkerry Moon Delight -My Love -Band On The Run -1985 -Venus And Mars/Rock Show -Silly Love Songs -Beware My Love -Warm And Beautiful -Cafe On The Left Bank -Mull Of Kintyre -Don't Let It Bring You Down -Old Siam, Sir -Baby's Request -Wanderlust -No More Lonely Nights -So Bad -Put It There -Off The Ground -Hope Of Deliverance -The World Tonight -Young Boy -Heaven On A Sunday -Jenny Wren -Sun Is Shining -Hosanna
There's no argument with this list!

Only underrated in as much as they are rarely mentioned in personal favourites, with some knowledgeable exceptions here, or in some cases didn't even make an album. Turned Out At the Mercy Follow Me Friends to Go Girls School Warm and Beautiful Put it There Daytime nighttime suffering Singalong junk Road However Absurd We got married Only mama knows English tea

Haven't seen 'Once Upon A Long Ago' mentioned. One of his most beautifully melodic choruses. The sequence of chords are wonderful.
-
I'd say, despite being a hit, Come and Get It, since most casual listeners don't even know it's a Paul song **not sure it counts though, since it was still very popular nonetheless
-
Haven't gone through to see if Footprints is listed...but if not, it should be

A love For You It's Not True Both underrated in my opinion.

When the Night Country Dreamers several on Wings Wild Life Old Siam, Sir When the Night - So good it's mentioned twice. Agreed Mother Nature's Son The World Tonight Rinse the Raindrops Martha My Dear No More Lonely Nights - No.1 hit, not sure how underrated but great track

Oh if only Backwards Traveller was eeked out more fully as a proper song... Love the melody, the playing, the vocals and the lyrics.

Eh, no, that aforementioned song is far from underrated. I won't quite say it is "garbage", but it's probably best suited to a B-side. Quirky, in its way, but pretty average for an album release. Cute, maybe.

"The Other Me" sounds kind of sexy to me (that big sigh from Paul he utters in the song, maybe more than once), and endearing, he's expressing regret for some faults. Admitting he has some. It's a good little pop song, I think. "Souvenir" from Flaming Pie is a gorgeous Paul song I consider not given enough appreciation and attention. "Lindiana" *unreleased is lovely, so smooth, not a hugely distinctive melody perhaps but still pleasing. So is "My Little Koala" in a similar manner. "Great Day" rather beautiful, and moving "Big Barn Bed"--rousing, exciting, stimulating in its way, unusual sounding "Too Many People" (living underground) from Ram, sounds like an instant classic when first heard "Yesterday" (just kidding ) "Let Me Roll It" Many tired of hearing that in concert, they said, but actually it's sort of gorgeous "Motor Of Love" strikes me as enthralling and ethereal, gorgeous sound to it, makes you envision the universe and God, the starry Milky Way

"One More Kiss" from Red Rose Speedway is a delightful rockabilly number with slide guitars. Reminds you of Carl Perkins and the like. In face I think Perkins chimes in on this song (?)
