OK tense up time Aussie fans...great for the Japanese fans, hasn't been there since the Driving tour.

I'm hoping for this so much too, Bob! Would be a bit of hassle for me to travel there but I would do my best to make it! I have a feeling that there definitely will be UK Christmas gigs again this year, I guess all we can do is wait and see what will be announced!
-
Worst part is the waiting!!!!! Probably wouldn't be announced until November if at all. I spent a lot this year but I'd try hard to make it if it happens

I know! Would love if he announced all winter dates in September/October instead of waiting really close to the time. I think one time a year or two ago (can't remember which shows), dates were announced just over two weeks before the gigs! Yeah, Christmas shows are always extra special I think, something really cool about them!

Japan tour dates confirmed! http://www.paulmccartney.com/news-blogs/news/27595-japanese-tour-dates-announced

Id assume that an aussie tour will be announced soon to go with these Japanese dates and good on them, pretty much rules out a euro/UK tour though surely? Oh well not to worry at least peeps who've not seen him in a while will get their chance.

Really happy for Japan and fingers crossed for Australia. But I hope soooo much that he doesn't forget the UK Christmas shows again. I don't want to miss out on this setlist. Please, Paul. Even if you just come back and do one or two shows before your Christmas break.

Id love to see the xmas shows Frankie of course but its good to see Paul getting to far flung places for what realistically be the last time,if they take place at our expense this xmas then thats cool with me.

We missed out last Christmas because Paul was off doing other shows and stuff at our expense. I'd be too heartbroken if he did it again. He has to let the UK see his Out There show at some point. I don't see why anywhere has to miss out at all.

Thats the point we wont he'll be with us soon enough thats a racing cert,as for last year he did three appearances in London alone last year and i think he got a bit of bad press certainly for the jubilee my theory/guess is that he was told (by promoters) to miss us last xmas and get the market ready for a bigger tour at some point either this year/next year. As i say i base this on nothing more than a hunch the UK is a much smaller market than America and the market could bear another leg of the On the Run tour over there last winter so they got it as clearly that's where the bigger profits are made with venues etc. Dont get me wrong im really getting edgy for another fix of Paul but there are other markets that just haven't seen sight nor sound of him for a long, long time.

So where were the RUMORS on THIS? Obviously NOT a rumor and this thread is lame!
-

They said he was finished 10 years ago. I would not count on that!

I'm glad for the Japanese fans but also sad because I guess now he won't be returning to Europe for a while
-
Now I want to go to Japan!
-
Australia after Japan, perhaps?
