I doubt he'll drop Something or Sing The Changes, they're still kinda different.
-
He will add for sure "The sun is shining"
-
Don't forget, if Paul has a new studio album out before the next tour, then songs from that will be featured.
-
I'm not sure how realistic this would be, but I would love this to be the setlist: Venus and Mars/Rockshow/Jet Sing the Changes Lonely Road That Was Me Too Many People Coming Up Dear Boy Nineteen Hundred and Eighty Five Let Ā“Em In Listen To What the Man Said Maybe I'm Amazed Live and Let Die Martha My Dear Let It Be For No One Hey Jude Why Don't We Do It In the Road? Oh! Darling Lovely Rita Junk Bluebird Hope Of Deliverance Young Boy Friends To Go Band On the Run No More Lonely Nights Pipes Of Peace My Brave Face With A Little Luck Goodnight Tonight Silly Love Songs The Backseat Of My Car ------------------------------ Wanderlust Beautiful Night Mull Of Kintyre Tug Of War
-
My hope is in the Brian and Rusty mouth Because many songs add in this tour coming from Brian and Rusty suggest like "Day Tripper" "1985" "She's leaving home" "Letting go" and many others!

Agreed. Interviews with Paul and the band through the years show that several songs have been added to setlists through their prompting. In the Up and Coming tour program, the band was asked " Is there a song that is not in the set that you would really like to see in the set?" Both Brian and Rusty included Juniors Farm as part of their answer. I was cautiously optimistic it would be part of the Nashville set -- oh well, someday.......
-
my thinking is it will be alot of BEATLES songs// then a few more WINGS songs such as juniors farm added// then only 1 or 2 macca solo songs added or shuffled in some where.....paul has to keep alot of people happy.... there is alot of great songs to choose from !!! scotty I got to eat some breakfast.... later

Who here wants to hear Silly Love Songs? I was never really into this idea until this tour when he started adding a lot more Wings songs. I still think it's very Linda-like which is most likely why it's been omitted from the set list, especially with her backing harmonies... but it could be a very nice little tribute to Linda and such an audience grabber!

Since being totally surprised by Venus and Mars/Rockshow, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty Five and Letting Go this year, I would love to be surprised by a Beatles classic or two...I Want To Hold Your Hand and/or She Loves You, and a tune or two from later Wings or...how about No More Lonely Nights or Too Much Rain or Tug of War? Of course, I still have hopes he will do Oh! Darling someday.

She Loves You or I Want to Hold Your Hand would cause the crowd to go into such a frenzy! Although I believe Lennon's harmonies are essential on these songs, I would love to hear the band try one of these two. I also favor a later Wings/McCartney classic.

Speaking with Brian on facebook, he said that one time have rehearsalsed with Paul "I want to hold your hand"

Thumbs-down to that. Then again: I liked "Please, Please Me" in 2005 much, much, much more than I'd expected.
-
I'm OK with this wave of setlist surprises -- er -- shocks. I can now expect to be surprised at a Paul McCartney concert -- bringing my setlist-overhaul cries to a nice end.

THREE MORE = that I would love to hear 1} LADY MADONNA 2} FLAMEING PIE 3} ONLY MAMA KNOWS [a very strong rock song for his band to play !!! ] all three are strong or good for a rock concert... later... scotty

or any of the 2008 shows....or 2007 shows....

Songs I'd like added are... Getting Closer The Mess Juniors Farm Girlschool Take It Away Big Barn Bed Cafe On The Left Bank No More Lonely Nights what It Is That Was Me House Of wax Smile Away Hi Hi Hi Rockestra Theme Angry I've Had enough Somebody Who Cares One Of These Days Promise To You Girl About You This Loving game Too Much Rain The man just has so much fantastic music that is just screaming to be performed live. Here's some Beatle songs I'd like to hear... Revolution - his current band would just rock out with this one What You're Doing One After 909 Don't Let Me Down Oh Darling - way past time for this one Everybodies Got Something To Hide Except Me and My Monkee - just because it's a great rocker. McCartney could really mix his setlist up and people would still be very happy!

I think with all these remasters slowly taking action, we will be getting tracks from each of the upcoming re-releases I mean look, Band On The Run is the first one out, and he adds "1985", Venus and Mars is supposedley next and he adds The title track along with Letting Go....I think the fans will benefit in MANY ways from these remasters
