No opening act. There is a short 25-30 min. film that scrolls on either side of the stage before Paul comes on. He has been coming on at approx. 8:30 in most cities, altho because Fenway has a curfew, he may come on earlier than that, I have never seen a show there so cannot say, perhaps a Boston boardie can be of more help.

DJ is opening act then Film then Paul. DJ will prob start 6:30. Paul prob between 7:30-8:00. He starts earlier here because of Boston noise ordinance. Has to be done by 11:00. Last time he hit stage by 7:45. Was still light out!

Just one more night's sleep before the show!! 105.7 FM will be playing Paul and Beatles music all day tomorrow 6am-midnight to get us pumped for the show (not that we need any help )
Now that's my kind of town, one that has a radio station that goes AllPaul on concert day. Wish I was there. In 1990, saw him in the old Foxboro Stadium as I lucked up and my job sent me to Boston on a conference and I scored a ticket. Great memories, hope all of you make some great ones tomorow night!
For all the Paul fans...I hope 105.7 played alot of Wings Over America CD today. What a great Album from top to bottom and a showcase for showing that Paul and Wings were not just a "soft" band. Too many classic Rock stations just play the 4 or 5 big studio singles that Paul put out. Paul and Wings were so much more!

You can download the free I Heart Radio App for IPhone to your phone or iPad and you can listen to Boston 105.7 All Paul Day anywhere! Very Cool!

What is happening at Fenway? Where are the reports? Did the rain stay away? I wanted so badly to go to this show. I live in the Philadelphia area and could have possibly done it but I am in the middle of selling/closing on my 80 year house. Just too much going on at this time.

Great show and even better, enthusiastic audience. We got there early and caught a lot of the sound check from outside. Don't recall every song during sound check, but it definitely included coming up, penny lane, celebration, match box, honey don't, c moon and that San Francisco Bay song from unplugged (don't recall the exact title) No need for me to describe the set list, just will mention he was in great voice and most everyone sang along. Will report better detail when I have my lap top in hand(vs my iPhone)

A couple more details - I'll have to check the youtube vids when they start to appear, but I believe I was able to note 2 lyrical mistakes...one at the very end of Blackbird, and then a premature 'like a rabbit, gonna grab it' in Hi Hi Hi (towards the end of the first chorus go around, instead of at the end of the second verse)...Of course this didn't ruin a thing and in fact, as Paul often says 'Proves it's live' Signs: no one was called on stage tonight...he noted one sign that said 'I'm a Macc-aholic - and there is no cure' then a second sign that said 'the guy behind me can't see'...LOL Also - when I got home, I noticed an email from the Redsox Ticket site noting that due to inclement weather in NY, Paul arrived late and accordingly, was late conducting sound check - however, the show started tonight roughly the same time in started the last time he played Fenway - 8 PM...I think a lot of people took the 6:30 start time listed on the ticket serious because the place was packed probably a good half hour to 45 minutes prior to show time
