You have a point there. Ah well at least it gives me time to put money away for a good seat and attend his sound check front row seats would be nice but very pricy!
Up close and front row are very very addictive, very hard to go back! You feel like you're in his living room,
I do want to go all out with this because who knows if I will get to see him up close like that again? I did see him once years ago but I was on the upper deck in the back. This time I am determined to see him up close! I just have to, just this once! I hope I am given that chance! Front row would be nice but I am sure those seats are very hard to get! After all Paul is my number one favorite musician in the world there is no one like him in my book! Which is why I gotta see him up.close once.
I agree, Completely understand, Good Luck!!

Has anyone done a Hot Sound/Hot Seat package at any of the shows so far?
I'm curious what the VIP merch is for this tour. -

I'm curious what the VIP merch is for this tour. They gave out a large canvas blue zipper bag, with Paul McCartney and freshen up printed on it.. Inside the bag is a luggage tag, a blanket, a plastic ticket with the freshen up logo with the date and place of the concert, and a lithograph (poster) with Paul on it holding up his guitar with the Freshen up logo, date and place of the event.

I must admit i was hoping for a real freshen up.

I haven't really looked at the program properly but they seem completely new. Bag and blanket are very nice!

The cover is just the same pic he uses to advertise the tour dates.

I would like for this freshen up tour a duet Mccartney/Steve Miller!
Would be so cool to hear from their "I used to be bad" and "Young boy"!

Despite my disappointment with the current tour's lack of changes, I've still gotta ask...
Any word on when the next batch of dates might be announced?
I've heard rumors of Green Bay, LA, San Diego and Chicago.... anywhere else? And when?
Mr. Gannon, what have you got for us?
Unfortunately nothing at this time. The pace and space between the announcements has made things very tough. Can only bother folks so many times
They did run this article in the San Diego Union about Paul "possibly" playing in San Diego next year. This was a while ago, but there's been nothing about it since. I don't know why the local paper would even publish this unless there was some truth to it.

There referencing his own FB page as their source. Not some insider source. I still think that was a ploy just to get people to buy more records/codes based on a persons geographic location. Im sure he WILL add more US dates next year, and maybe Cali is on the list, but I wouldn't expect an announcement anytime soon. Still plenty of time.
-
Would REALLY like some type of announcement soon regarding further U.S. dates...maybe as a Christmas present to those of us fans in the West so we can plan our finances & vacation plans for the coming year.
-
OK, getting desperate for Paul to annouce a NY date on his "Freshen UP" tour! Anybody heard anything yet?
-
So... I know of a few friends who ordered the lanyards off of Paul's website to get the pre-sale code, but they didn't get one...
