All who live in the northeast are lucky but it is a heavy populated area. The Grateful Dead made a living just by planting themselves and touring the Tri-state area. It's a cash cow for any successful touring artist
Meanwhile on the West Coast...

Still, 45,000 tickets a year after playing 55,000 at MetLife will not go too fast methinks.
Not going to hit up website presale. Always had luck with Amex presale. I think with the hype of the start of the tour, 50th anniversary of Sgt Pepper and the coming release of the new album I think the casual fan who always wanted to go will pull the trigger and buy tix. You will get a lot of first timers

Last year he heavily hit PA with Hershey, Philly, and even Penn State the previous fall. Anyone think the keystone state will see any more of him in 2017?

I doubt it. He did Philly in 2015 and 2016, Hershey and State College as you mentioned. I could maybe see Pittsburgh happening in the fall. Also, with the tri state shows, it's not a far drive/train ride from Philly, and there are three of them. Also, Syracuse is in the vicinity. Not to say that it won't happen, but it seems unlikely
-
If he does maybe Pittsburgh but just a guess. Who knows if 100% of these tweets are all Paul. We will all find out in 12 hours or so.
-
Being a local, i'm of course hoping for Pittsburgh. But not counting on it with the lack of teasers coming out from our venues here. He pretty much made a circle around here last year which is why I was hoping it was a candidate for 2017.
-
At this point, I'm wondering if tomorrow's announcements will be limited to some of the ones already mentioned in this thread OR if there is a surprise announcement not mentioned yet.

I'm thinking tomorrow's is limited to the string of teaser's from today.. but we have seen surprises in the past! Hey, that's what makes this exciting! (And aggravating when making travel plans!) Hoping I can check for updates at work tomorrow!

It's cool he's going to hit smaller places like Duluth and some other places he hasn't been in a while, very happy for everyone!
-
I think a venue or two maybe holding out just for the surprise factor. Just a gut feeling
-
Barclays Center too!
That makes 4 New York area venues -

This Duluth is an Atlanta suburb, so practically Atlanta. Duluth, Minnesota does have a 9,000+ seat hockey rink, so maybe he'll end up there next.

-
I mean, are we sure these are all Paul? Three NYC area shows makes sense, but four? Seems excessive. I'm sure they'd sell though. Is this the wild ride Bob spoke of? Tag team of NYC venues?

When I first saw "Duluth" that is what I was hoping for. They do have a Beatles cover band playing there this summer, but that's about it.

We can't be sure all these are for Paul. Just have to wait and see.
