Thanks. I'm glad to see that there is an overall consensus that Paul will probably come back to NY.

Hope, if he does tour New York, it's in October as I'm hoping to be over there then xxxxx
HIGHLY doubt it. He rarely tours in October, last year was a rare exception. But I wouldn't object to it! Any time Paul!

Mitch Axelrod of the "Fab 4 Free 4 All" show just posted that Paul is doing a benefit show for the Robin Hood Foundation in NYC on May 12. It is INVITE only.

thanks for the news! that is their annual benefit. raises millions every year. last year i think the musical headliner was Bruno Mars. Robin Hood were the organizers of the 12-12-12 concert.

Interesting news for sure...but I doubt we'd get any US tour dates around that time...while it certainly isn't too late for Paul to announce them, we definitely would've heard something swirling about the rumor mill by now!

Ya think this is it for NY this year? Or a public show will follow later in the year

He's coming back to the Budokan... http://www.paulmccartney.com/news-blogs/paul-gets-back-to-the-budokan

It seems this will be quite a busy year on the road for Paul!

Definitely a public show in the works...I'd be thoroughly surprised it there weren't.

I'm still waiting for him to come to Australia!
-
I could see him doing Detroit, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Atlantic City, New York City, Montreal, Toronto this year. NYC, Philly, Montreal, Toronto could fill 2 nights. That's a 12-show US run, plus Firefly. Not a bad run.

I'd like to see him come to Detroit this year. Last time he was here was the "On the Run" tour in 2011. Would like to see him come to Michigan again before ticket prices get too much crazier.

This is becoming an interesting year, quite different from previous ones: Asia in April/May, Europe/UK in May/June/July. There will surely be a US tour in the summer, and then what will be left for November? Australia/New Zealand, perhaps?

'Twould be a fine thing, Carlos.

Australia and New Zealand need to happen. It's ridiculous that he hasn't been there since 1993.

Sounds like a reasonable run. He's due to return to those places, and it would make sense. I'm hoping for a Cleveland return. He'll be there for Ringo's Hall of Fame induction in a few weeks.. Perhaps that will remind him of the city

You'd think this would be a no-brainer for him.....a whole continent of people that haven't seen him in over twenty years.....no one would be worried about his voice or the setlist at all!!!

I wonder what the problem actually is.
