I'm guessing the next 2 weeks we will see some rumors appear. I can manage Philly. Perhaps Allentown?
I think the Allentown venue is too small for a Paul concert. I was just there recently. I would love to be wrong, though.

True. Hopefully we can get some rumors, I'm really dying over here LOL

Seems to me the most credible rumor we have is that there will be few, if any, additional US tour dates this summer, besides the two festivals already announced (Firefly and Lollapalooza). Just in case someone came to the final page of the thread looking for answers!

Like a few others, I'm checking out of this conversation until legitimate rumors (if any) begin to surface. Hope to talk to you all real soon!

Don't wait for too many rumors, they aren't coming
-
I'm just wondering if what appears to be so few US shows this summer may mean a possibility of a later fall slate of shows. Or maybe he's just taking a light year

Don't get too excited though, not even a rumor....more like wishful thinking!

Dammit Bob, tell me at least he'll be doing a Vegas gig so I can trade my mileage to fly to Vegas!
-
If I were a gambling man I'd say your miles will stay safely in your bank

According to Hollywood.com, McCartney along with Elton John, Rod Stewart and Vera Lynn are to headline to headline a special concert celebrating the 70th anniversary of Victory in Europe (VE) Day. They are apparently set to perform at the 1940s-themed gig, which commemorates the end of the Second World War in 1945 to be held at Horse Guards Parade in London on 9th May 2015. There is a gap in his May touring schedule, so this gig can easily be accommodated. He could sing something from "Kisses On The Bottom" at that 1940s-themed gig. How about "Baby's Request"?

Or "Pipes of Peace?" (Now there's some wishful thinking!)

'You Gave Me The Answer' and 'Goodnight Princess' would also fall into that category.

Guut instinct this is going to be a light year who knows though with Paul.

This year will probably be like 2012. Hopefully next year will be like 2013 and 2014! Lol

The last few years, Paul has focused his touring in North America and South America. This year it is Japan and Europe. That's cool. The USA and Brazil can stand a break, a year off. He's still doing two festival performances in the USA for those hardcore addicts who cannot take a year off!
