Bruce Springsteen just joined Paul on stage and they are singing "Glory Days"

meanwhile jon bon jovi just sits in the audience and watch the concert lol

I heard he's been getting a lot of flack lately for his poor (off-key) singing!

I saw him with my wife and daughters a few months ago and while he was not as good as he once was, he was not as bad as some of the reviews said he was, just my opinion. BTW - I assume Nancy's lighter shade of hair is due to the darker shade was not covering the grey as well.

Did anybody else find it ironic that Paul had the time with the band to quickly "learn" "Glory Days" but he can't seem to have time to rehearse new songs from "McCartney III" to play on tour.

I shot this video at Metlife on June 16, 2022 of Jon Bon Jovi leading the audience to sing Happy Birthdat to Paul, and then Paul and the band play Birthday from The White Album!

Nope! Most of us are just enjoying the shows and appreciative when he continues to do fun, different things at 80 years old. Thank you Paul for another great show and fantastic tour!

You can "walk and chew gum" at the same time -lol . You can enjoy and appreciate the shows and also wonder why Paul can quickly learn a song for a guest artist but not do the same effort for new or rarely played solo song.

I may be late coming to the realization that Paul will never ever play Silly Love Songs again...He had the perfect opportunity with the Hot City Horns the last two tours. I don't think any of us know the real reason he doesn't play it -we can only offer conjecture - but if he only knew how much fans wanted to hear it live he would recognize this was a missed chance.

It certainly was "Another great Show"and a very enjoyable tour for the shows I went to. He had Met Life rocking !  Just hope he keeps on touring even if he plays less dates. IMO No reason to stop.

Decided to post on here for the first time in years! We were at MetLife and it was full of surprises and fun! First time seeing Paul since 2018 - it felt so great being back again. Fantastic night and great to be part of his birthday celebration with Springsteen and Bon Jovi!

Here's to hoping he comes back to the states next year. Small tours will definitely be the way to go, but some shows here and there would be nice. Truthfully, I thought his voice held up great and his bass playing is still phenomenal - He's still got it!

Welcome back Gina! We were discussing on here a while back about when the forum was first created and you have one of the earliest join dates I've seen. None seem to be before March 2002. Do you remember, was that the year it was created?

I originally joined in Mar. 2011 as Nancy R, but had to create a new profile due to technical difficulties with the original one.

I was really hoping Paul would have left "Women and Wives" in the setlist. It didn't look likely as the tour progressed. So, I made a sign for the sound check that said: Paul Please Play "Women and Wives".

He saw the sign and played it!!!

I was in East Rutherford, New Jersey to see Paul's last show of the tour in the US. This concert is called Paul's Birthday show! A friend and I sat in the 4th row from the stage, Billy Joel was sitting right in front of me! As all of you know, Bruce "The Boss" Springsteen made an appearance on stage as well as Jon BonJovi to do the honor in singing Happy Birthday to Paul! WHAT A SHOW!
