Elton John revised Candle in the Wind for Princess Di - here's a suggestion to revise B__ack in the USSR for the war in Ukraine:
Putin seized Crimea in 2014
Fomented unrest in Donbas
Now he's trying to take the rest of Ukraine
Extend the Russian empire's grasp

Paul should play "Mrs. Vanderbilt" to honor the Ukraine people which is the song they selected for him to play when he did concert there years ago. I understand the dislike of Trump but in case you did not notice Trump has not been POTUS for over one year.

Sadly there are many delusional people such as Clarence Thomas's wife and most likely Clarence Thomas himself. They believe him to still be the duly elected President. Texas Republicans just threw out 23% of mail in votes for supposedly not being valid votes. Estimates from previous elections were no higher than 1-2% of the votes that were thrown out.
Definitely would love to hear a song with Ukraine
in the song. Freedom would be a great song to hear as well, with a nod to Ukraine. -

I would much rather Paul say a few eloquent words in support of the Ukranian people and then dedicate the song "Mrs. Vanderbilt" to them since it was the song they requested him to play when he did concert over there several years ago. I assume you wrote they lyrics to the "revised" version and good job by you but I think it is totally wrong for this type of tragedy. Elton John's "Candle In The Wind" was a sad song about Marily Monroe who is deceased and changing the lyrics to it for the death of Princess Diana did not change the mood of the original song. I don't think changing an upbeat fun song's lyrics to reflect a tragic war invasion is the right way to go for an artist to express his support of freedom. Just my opinion.
