I know the task was to create my own, and I will, but for now it's easier to go off yours I'd like to see some more early stuff - She Loves You, I Want to Hold Your Hand, Twist and Shout, Please Please Me, From Me to You, etc. would have to be up there for mine!

Okay, say it was a peachy world and all four were living and got back together to perform last year on a massive 50th Anniversary tour, capitalizing off the nostalgia loving baby boomer concert goer generation that exists so fervently today...I'd like to see and would expect something like this...however: I have a feeling that John especially would get tired of doing the same thing every night so his songs at least, would probably be rotational to some extent. What I tried to do, was imagine what hits would be expected of them...and then imagine what "deep cuts" are loved and appreciated by the general public...along with a few silly fan cuts... 1. Hello Goodbye 2. From Me To You 3. You Can?t Do That 4. The Night Before 5. Drive My Car 6. Eight Days a Week 7. Day Tripper 8. Can?t Buy Me Love 9. I Feel Fine 10. I?ve Got a Feeling 11. Taxman 12. Nowhere Man 13. Help! 14. She Loves You 15. I Want To Hold Your Hand -Transition to Acoustic Set: Four Beatles Seated Front and Center- 16. Yellow Submarine 17. Love Me Do 18. And I Love Her 19. Eleanor Rigby 20. Yesterday 21. All Together Now 22. For You Blue 23. No Reply 24. We Can Work it Out 25. You?ve Got To Hide Your Love Away 26. Strawberry Fields Forever 27. Here Comes The Sun 28. Julia 29. Across The Universe 30. Two of Us -Transition to Electric Set: Standard Setup- 31. Get Back 32. Happiness is a Warm Gun 33. Lady Madonna 34. While My Guitar Gently Weeps 35. Revolution 36. A Hard Days Night 37. Helter Skelter 38. I?m Down 39. Oh! Darling 40. Something 41. The Long and Winding Road 42. In My Life 43. All You Need is Love 44. Let it Be 45. Hey Jude ENCORE 46. In Spite of All The Danger (John + Paul) *Acoustic* 47. Long Tall Sally (Full) *Electric* 48. Golden Slumbers 49. Carry That Weight 50. The End

I'm imagining that they would have to be given a pretty equal number of vocals between John, Paul, and George for them all to agree to it, with Ringo a little less often. So, for most of the time, after the opener, which has all three singing, the three main guys rotate (like they used to, in the early days). Things get a bit looser toward the end of the main set, with more John and Paul. In the first encore, each member gets a screamer to do. In the second encore, a few feel-good classics followed by the big production of "A Day In The Life." The third encore gives you Abbey Road bookends to bring it to a satisfying close. Free As A Bird Hello Goodbye Help! Taxman Got To Get You Into My Life Good Morning, Good Morning Something Octopus's Garden Can't Buy Me Love Nowhere Man Think For Yourself The Long And Winding Road Strawberry Fields Forever Savoy Truffle Yellow Submarine We Can Work It Out Rain Here Comes The Sun Michelle A Hard Day's Night I Want To Tell You Don't Pass Me By Penny Lane If I Fell I Want To Hold Your Hand She Loves You All My Loving Julia While My Guitar Gently Weeps (starting with George doing the discarded verse solo acoustic, then the band joins in for the full electric version, with Eric Clapton showing up for the solo) Sgt. Pepper/With A Little Help From My Friends I Am The Walrus Hey Jude encore 1: Roll Over Beethoven I'm Down Boys Twist And Shout encore 2: Let It Be All You Need Is Love Yesterday A Day In The Life encore 3: Come Together Golden Slumbers / Carry That Weight / The End

Very true...since we can't take John or George's vocal status into account I decided to remain unbiased as to Paul's potential vocal status as well. If he couldn't handle it I'd say to swap it for Penny Lane or Getting Better.

The Beatles 1989 World Tour Wembley Stadium, London September 2, 1989 - No Solo Songs - 25th Anniversary from their first US visit and World Tour. / 36 dates - all around the world (including Africa and Central America) - As Paul did only 28-34 songs in 1989, this set contains 38 as a full band. - Tour supported by Amnesty International and Greenpeace. - It would become their only reunion world tour ever. - The third encore -about Beatlemania- is different every night. In other countries, they invite regional artists, human rights activists and friends. - "Back in the USSR" is played twice at the Moscow concert. That show is dedicated to Vladimir Vysotsky. Nice, pancho93! Love the details!

TICKET PRICES Floor- $95 (GA) Lower Bowl- $300 Mid Bowl- $300/$95 Upper Bowl- $95/$65 On Stubhub, $120000 : HOWEVER, I always say that if I'm ever in a big famous band, if we are all alive for a reunion, I would want to do a pop-up club show for the first reunion gig. Just tell everyone we're not touring, then 3 months later, announce a club gig the day of, just play... Then announce a tour. Could you imagine? "(Band name) Just announced a surprise club show after 40 year split!" Damn. That would be awesome. And crazy.

Well, they didn't. Harvey Goldsmith and Bill Graham, "their" tour managers, "sent a fax" to the principal world broadcasters -including MTV- "to be present" on Sunday June 18 at the BBC Broadcasting House rooftop, where special news "were going to happen". Later that night, at 8pm, The Beatles were playing live via-satellite all over the world. 1. Get Back / 2. Revolution / 3. Back In The U.S.S.R. Minutes later, The Beatles, Graham, Goldsmith and people from Greenpeace and Amnesty International were announcing a tour all over the world, from LA to Argentina, From London to Moscow, From Tel Aviv to Zimbabwe. Just imagine the headlines the day after.

As I can think of no grimmer thought than of the Beatles doing what Don Henley once termed a "lost youth and greed tour," I prefer not to even contemplate this question.
-
Complete UK albums as a setlist. 2 albums a show.

I am sorry, I have to chuckle at this comment. We are living in am imaginary dream world in which all 4 Beatles are not only alive but touring and you are going to quibble about Paul's current voice??? :

Sorry I injected some realism in there!

No need for voices if they covered Kraftwerk's "Autobahn" live on accordion!

But you can't compare The Beatles with The Eagles, they weren't big worldwide. If The Beatles would have done a world tour I think that it would have been only one, with no new albums or songs. Then, they focus on their solo careers and that's all. It is almost logical that if John had not died, Paul concerts would have had less than six Beatles songs. Just check his setlists from the 70s, so there would have been no need for getting back together

I'm thinking if John and Paul ever did get back together, and paved the way, it would have been primarily to make new music, not to live in nostaliga. Any concerts would've been an afterthought, or only if they felt the fire in their belly to do so. And it would be held to about 22 songs, if that. Or perhaps just a four-song set in a charity event. I'd have preferred the new material than the nostalgia tour (I think).
