In my opinion, the late Gus Grissom was Claustrophobic!
I didn't know him, so I can't make such an assumption, but since he was an astronaut, test pilot and fighter pilot, I'd guess no.
We both didn't know him, however, we can both voice our opinions can't we?
That's a good question. How far can opinions go? I don't know anything about Abdul-Baha. Can I say, "In my opinion, he was short. I'm not saying he's short. I don't know. It's just an opinion."

Interview in LA Times Sept 1, 2016. Paul & Ringo talk about the film. Also mentioned is how the film successfully tracked down fan footage from audience members and included it in the documentary. http//www.latimes.com/entertainment/music/la-et-ms-beatles-documentary-ron-howard-20160819-snap-story.html?ref=yfp

Sometimes what we may already know told to us from a different perspective makes it seem new. That's my approach to this film. We may have even greater appreciation from their known accomplishments when told to us a bit differently. This film really isn't being made for die-hard fans anyway, but likely for younger people aware of the band but not the true sense of their accomplishments in such a very short period of time. They were touring or recording constantly and it was all amazing. I'm very much looking forward to all of it.

The LA Times interview talks about live footage obtained from fans. Nobody has seen the film from Candlestick that the lady has had under her bed for all these years. That is most certainly new!

I see Liverpool has cheekily claimed that they will host the world premiere on the grounds that they will show it half an hour before London! I've applied for their ticket competition but the real red carpet premier is in London. I can't seem to find any way of getting into that - paid for or competition. Anyone seen anything?

They added more showings since a week ago. They're showing it locally in Encinitas at the historic La Paloma Theater the 15th and 16th. I'll be there! Apparently, theaters are the only ones showing the additional Beatles at Shea Stadium film. Good fun!

I've got a picture on my facebook page I snagged of John Lennon posed with the "Happy Days" t.v. cast (Julian's in the picture too) which excited me some to see, that they'd visited Ron Howard's "Happy Days" set way back when

Cool pictures. Before your post I never knew those photos existed or that he visited the set. Even the fonz is out cooled on this occasion.

There are no showings in the state where I live. However, there is one in a small theater 90 minutes from me and I have booked a ticket.
-
Its getting closer to release time!
-
I got my ticket for the 3 pm show on Sun. Sept. 18th at the Plaza Theatre in Atlanta! They had "Senior Citizen" prices but they started at age 62 (!?) so I actually wasn't old enough!
-
By the time I'm a senior citizen, it will be up to 80 and we won't get any of those sweet social security checks until 85.
-
Does anyone have a link to information about theater screenings? I don't live near a large city but hoping it will still come to the smaller, independent theaters locally.
