Ah thank you!

The same setlist so far. But what did he play during the soundcheck?
Probably the same songs. I hope he brings Calico Skies and/or Bluebird into the show again, but I doubt that those will ever come back. Someone tell Paul that Bluebird is a better song than FourFiveSeconds!

same setlist as Fresno so far
Yes, it is. My ONLY slight criticism is that he puts Queenie Eye and New back to back...I would rather he put something in between them. In Fresno, people took that time to do potty break or drink run.

Nothing new so far.

Aww their battery died. But was fun to watch again!

The setlist was completely identical to Fresno's show, including 'Birthday' , hopefully he will add a song or two in Europe...
-
I don't remember him playing exact same set two shows in a row recently.

He did this at the very beginning of Out There as well. He didn't change up the set until the second Orlando show, and the Austin shows.

How was his voice? Better than Fresno night?
-
Maybe we'll start seeing little changes at the first 2-nighter, Vancouver.

Great show. Electric Portland audience. I don't think there was one single empty seat. I highly recommend seeing this show in an arena because if you're not in front of the stage, you'll probably miss a lot of the new visual background in a big stadium. Nice mix of new songs. But I'd cut "New" immediately. Awful. I love "Temporary Secretary" but his voice doesn't do it justice today. He might drop some songs he did here, keeping in mind he hasn't been here for 11 years and kept them in for us. He did "Hi Hi Hi" which we also missed in Seattle in 2013 because it got swapped for "Cut Me Some Slack". There were about 12 of us in the limo-watch holding pen in the back of the arena. He waved but didn't stop.
-
He did do "Birthday". "Rocky Raccoon" would have blown the roof off the place. And I'm asking the guy next to me, what's this "Four Five Seconds"?
-
Exactly. Sounds like a great show for a Portland crowd that hasn't hosted him in over ten years. It's not that unusual for him to play the same set two nights in a row either. The entire "Summer Live '09" tour was the same set every night except for adding "Michelle" in DC & "It's So Easy" in TX.

See quote from Portland newspaper, does not sound good IMO. "McCartney's voice, once unblemished gold, has aged into something sometimes more coppery. "

Silly question... But was there confetti? I know it's silly, but I enjoy that as I randomly find confetti months after the shows! ð???
