Fresno, CA - Save Mart Center - April 13th - ARCHIVE
-
$65 seats are now on sale. They decided to open up sections behind/side stage that were previously not for sale. You might not get the full effect of the concert from a bad angle or rear angle to any stage screens, and you'll get to see lots of Abe's back, but you'll be there. They're in the 11th row of 13 for section 216 at the moment. As their warning goes... "REAR LIMITED VIEW Upper Level Seating WARNING! Side Stage Seating - Side Stage View"

BeatleBarb:

Tickets are up again, $165 only.
I saw FLOOR tickets available yesterday! Why I was checking, I have no idea. I am absolutely gobsmacked that in less than 48 hours from now, I will be seeing PAULLLLLLLL. I need Xanax.
Same here have my ticket already but was checking with TM again. I guess I was hoping a better seat would pop up that I couldn't refuse. One more day!

Floor seats are back, but they're almost as far from the stage as they get.

Won't be long now 'till curiousity about the set list of this concert is resolved. All will be revealed But there's no doubt the show will be a joy divine
-
GAAAHHHH....less than 24 hours!!! At this time tomorrow will be watching soundcheck if HE isn't late. Looking forward to meeting some boardies. How will I sleep tonight?
-
Yahoo carried a nice video story about Fresno fans, from Ch. 30's website. I love it when I learn about fans who have seen Paul more often than me!
-
I just bought a floor ticket! Great seat couldn't pass it up. But now I have an extra ticket for sale, board member face value. section 213 z PM
-
Tickets still available on TM. (Not sure if that's a good thing.) Seats not too shabby, on the side, close to the stage.

The opening night of a new concert tour is always exciting. I'll never forget the first night of Driving USA in Oakland on April 1st 2002. Enjoy the show tonight Fresno!

It will be the standard setlist with a couple of changes at most. I truly doubt changes will be something to get really excited about IMO. Actually, I will be more interested in how good his voice is at this show.
-
Have a GREAT time everyone!!! Can't wait to see the setlist!

Yes, enjoy opening night, Fresno! And for those watching at home, you do know that the modern way to setlist watch is by using Periscope? ;). Hopefully there will be some people at the show 'scoping. I personally don't have the app but if I use my laptop, I can watch the scopes.

Have a great time! It's a great "honor" to be at a first concert of a new tour
-
Have a blast everybody! And post reviews and pictures!

______________________________________________________ Yankeefan,i Couldn't agree with you more. If Paul was serious about significant additions/changes he would have been spending a good amount of time with his Band over the last month or two and I have heard nothing about that. I know that he doesn't believe in over practicing but I still believe that significant changes would require time and a strong commitment. That being said, I will be thrilled if he has 3 or 4 additions and hopefully from the Solo side. After all, he does have "Pure McCartney" being released in June. Like you, I'm more concerned that his voice is in relatively good shape. PS. This morning I see that Macca has just announced the Philadelphia show at Citizen's Bank Park. Not too far from you and it is a beautiful park. Might not be a bad idea for you to consider! I am snow birding between Florida and New Jersey (southern part) and will already be heading North so I am definitely planning on being there.

Have a wonderful time tonight everybody! I've been enjoying seeing the outside of the SaveMart Center with the Paul pictures. Every year I go there to watch an event and each time I always said "Paul should play here" and now he is! Still bummed I can't go, but I am looking forward to hearing about the show and seeing the pictures!
-
Setlist Watch tonight!
-
I'll be on for setlist watch...also hopeful that maybe some more dates will be announced via merchandise at tonight's concerts if they aren't announced today!
