RE: Paul McCartney - YouTube Videos
Sadly, a lot of the You Tube videos in this thread are gone...and this is only since yesterday. I went through a lot of these last night and the videos were still there, yet they were pulled by the time I went back today.

RE: Earth Aid - Do You Think Paul Will Do It?
I would hope if he takes part in Earth Day, it would be similar to the last time he participated in Earth Day back in 1993. He was on tour then and basically performed a scaled down version of that tour's set list...except that he added Mother's Nature's Son...which hadn't ever been performed live before and wasn't performed again until the 2002 tour. The only other difference was that all the participants from the day (plus other stars) joined Paul on stage when he and his band performed Hey Jude. As an aside, I once had the opportunity to converse with Andrew Gold via the internet (of Thank You For Being A Friend and Lonely Boy fame) and asked him if he had ever done anything with Paul McCartney. His response was that he was part of that group of musicians who joined Paul on stage during that Earth Day moment I listed above...that was his only true connection with Paul McCartney. I had previously thought that Andrew had some connection with 10CC (maybe helped produce or something...I think-I don't really know what I was thinking) and had some idea that maybe their paths had crossed at some other time.

The Figure Of Eight video .
Again a life performing Paul. This song was only plays life at the Flowers In The Dirt tour of Paul. Enjoy.Actually, the audio portion of the video is of the single version of Figure Of Eight, which is different than the Flowers version. Of course the visual part of the video depicts Paul during the 89/90 tour...could be from video from an actual show or some of the additional filming sessions they had, including one which took place in Foxboro, Massachusetts on a day off from the tour (The intention was to have 'cleaner' shots for the official tour video, although Figure Of Eight was ultimately not used in Get Back). As a funny aside to the Foxboro filming 'gig', it was all done lip syncing and when they played the tape of Coming Up, there was a glitch that caused the tape to play too fast-almost chipmunk style...but Paul, as always, just went with the situation and had fun with it...

All You Need Is Love (Paul McCartney & Friends) Queens Jubilee Party
I Saw her Standing There (George Harrison & Friends including Mick Jagger , Keith Richards, Billy Joel etc performing this Paul McCartney song !!!)Billy Joel is my second favorite artist...even over the other Beatles members aside from Paul (who obviously is my favorite music artist)...but this hurts.

This is for Oliver (21st Century Paul) who posted this link somewhere else where the thread was locked because it wasn't posted in this thread. It's 3 songs from Paul's performace in the Concert For NYC:

RE: Moving Pictures - a thread for YouTube clips of the Beatles!
Here's one that's been posted from time to time in various folders on this site...but I think it's worth an occasional revisit (besides, I want to help Opus out, who posted this in it's own thread, which was locked with the suggestion of adding it to this thread).....it's the Golden Slumber juggler guy.... http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=4776181634656145640

RE: GENERAL CHAT THREAD
On a related note to this thread, I just wanted to compliment on what a great site MACCASPAN is...for some reason, a while back, I wasn't able to visit that site (my computer wouldn't allow the site to 'pop up'). However, whatever the problem was with my computer is solved and I've been enjoying MACCASPAN as a signed member for several weeks now. Anyone who's interested in Paul's music and videos should visit that site... Thanks Rich

Hi Martin, Was my post of Paul's guest appearance in a Bob Marley video ok? Thanks Rich

Hi Folks Can we limit contributions to this thread to videos that actually feature Paul performing please. This is The Not Such A Bad Boy forum devoted to Paul's work and it's confusing to find video's of other artists in this forum. Video's featuring The Beatles as a group, John, George and Ringo performing would be better posted into this thread in the Yesterday forum: http://macca.devstars.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=54862 Thank you Martin

RE: Paul McCartney - YouTube Videos
Wow....I never knew Paul McCartney was in Bob Marley's 'One Love' video...From Paul's appearance, it seems to be from around the McCartney II time period. Start watching at somewhere around the 1:20 mark of the video and he'll appear several times there after.

RE: Paul McCartney - YouTube Videos
Here is Allen Ginsberg's Ballad Of The Skeletons which features Paul on guitar. The video itself doesn't feature Paul...but after the proper video concludes, there is a clip of Allen and Paul running through a working version of the song.

Here's a version of Every Night that I have never heard....
At first, I thought it was just a very good Paul impersonator (and it might be as far as I know)...but I'm more convinced that it's from Paul. Does anyone know where this is from? -
