My husband and I may have to scrap this trip
By changing our flight on way home...plus hotel, that's an additional $700. Travel insurance doesn't cover this either because it's not health or weather related. Anyone have an email or contact for MPL for me to reach out to? I know I'm not alone on this issue. It's just very frustrating and upsetting that we planned our Florida vacation around this show.. then it's rescheduled just a few weeks after announcement once plans have been made.I am vey sorry that you and your husband got screwed. Hate that the airline industry is so bad that making what should be a simple change is so expensive. I don't know what your hotel situation was but I know I never book a hotel that I can't cancel the reservation until almost the day of scheduled arrival. Good luck with MPL but sadly I think you will get no satisfaction. They will just say you can get refund of your tickets and it is not their problem regarding travel expenses.

______________________________________________________ Like Yankeefan, I feel bad for you. If I lived in Miami, I would offer my house for you to stay. As it is, I live in the Tampa area and would gladly make that same offer. I have room for you and your husband but Tampa to Miami however is like a 5-6 hours drive. Hopefully, you will find a decent alternative.

I was told that if your flight is with American Airlines they are being very understanding about switching your flight to accommodate the July 7th show.
I am impressed if they will be accommodating for people who got screwed by date change.

I'm sure you can sell your ticket since the show is sold out other than VIP tix. I know someone who would be interested in a single ticket, but I'm guessing you want to get rid of both. -

Well, Im certainly not happy about the situation and losing out $240..but it is what it is. Paul's not going to be doing this forever.. so im still going to go!

Great news!!! Where are you sitting? My tix are for FL7 Row 12, but I'm considering upgrading. Now my husband does not want to go. GRRR

Really hoping airline and hotel can push back my travel arrangements. This is a poor move for fans that are traveling from afar to the show. I always refrain from complaining on here...but considering the mass amount of people that travel to see Paul, it's very inconvenient and could now be very costly for those seeking to make travel adjustments.
