Does anyone have a link for Amazon US? I can't seem to find it on their site!
Here's the Amazon US link: http://www.amazon.com/1-1CD-2Blu-Ray-Deluxe-Limited/dp/B01576X9J0/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1442297618&sr=8-1&keywords=602547567819&linkCode=sl1&tag=gupta-retargeting-20&linkId=ef59270499655534b1a882ec4c520b31 or: http://tinyurl.com/qfkvtss But Amazon Canada is cheaper, even when paying for shipping: http://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01576X9J0?keywords=1%2B%20 I just ordered it there! Looks like the original aspect ratio of 4:3 will be retained for this set. Yay!

Thank You Thank You! I just pre-ordered it from Canada. That's where I ordered TOW & POP as well!

Yeah to our neighbors to the North or South (for us Detroit residents) for the great exchange rate!

Hey girl! I hope you got it from Canada like me--cheaper after the conversion even with shipping: about $50 as opposed to $60.

I have a bootleg DVD of The Beatles 1 that I bought in 2003. The video and audio quality is very poor. I'm glad that Apple Corps is finally releasing an official DVD of it. I saw the promo last night on their Youtube channel. They will also be releasing it in deluxe package and Blu-Ray. What is Blu-Ray, by the way? Never mind.

The remix of Free As a Bird sounds fantastic!!
-
Excited to the core about this release. Finally invested in Blu Ray when the Twin Peaks box set came out last year. Looks like excellent value, the CD-2 Blu Ray set. Going to be a long wait.

Blu-ray is the high definition DVD format. There was a "High Definition" format at one time also, but Blu-ray took its place. If you want the best picture and sound quality on your high definition TV, get Blu-ray. (You also need a Blu-ray player, which will also play regular DVDs)

If that's what this teaser is for, then they've been holding it back for awhile. I have a year 2000 Japanese DVD of The Beatles 1 with 28 promo films(26 songs on the album plus Please Please Me, I Feel Fine two versions, and missing Come Together). It's called The Millenium Edition limited to 1,000 numbered copies and appears to be a legit promo release. Let's hope this is that disc remastered with restored video and remixed in 5:1.
Totally! I noticed that Paul is re-releasing the "Tug of War" album in 5.1, so.......could be. That would be a great gift with the restored video too. I want them to get around to the entire catalog in 5.1, but.....I may be gone before that happens...at the rate Apple is going. :

I think it's a great price ($50 from Canada after conversion!) for 2 DVDs and 1 CD in Blu-Ray!
